Our brain is the power that links the connection between our spirit and God. He wants us to have a mind of Christ, be one with Him, prosper in soul, and be in health. (According to 1 Corinthians 2:16 Galatians 3:28, and 3 John 1:2)

He exploits stress and emotional wounds to assault our minds and emotions, driving us to find false comfort with addictive foods. This causes chronic inflammation in our bodies and brains, the main culprit of many health and mental problems.

Many Christians suffer from chronic diseases, depression, anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, or mood swings. They struggle with sleep, focus, or prayer. Having a hard time losing weight or belly fat affects their life and connection with our Father. This is a spiritual war against our mind of Christ and our alignment with Him.
